my booking process
1. Make sure I'm the right fit for you. Review my website and if you want a coffee-loving, new friend and wedding cheerleader then inquire & give me all the deets.
2. I'll respond within 48 hours with my pricing and availability.
3. More questions for me before you book? Let's schedule a time to chat!
4. Pick a package!!
5. Make it official! I'll send over an online proposal with a contract and invoice. You'll pay your deposit, sign your contract, and then pop the champagne, we are working together!
6. Fill out a couples questionnaire that I send over that helps me get to know you so I can best serve you.
7. Plan an epic engagement session (if you book one or if your package includes one). You'll receive a full gallery to help you remember this awesome time of being a fiance!
8. I'll send over another questionnaire about 4-6 weeks from your wedding date. This helps me create a timeline for your wedding and get all the fun details I need for your big day.
9. Have a call or meet up for coffee to go over all your wedding deets and to review your timeline.
10. Do the dang thang!!
11. Cry when you see the sneak peeks after your wedding.
12. Fun little date night with your new spouse 8-10 weeks later to relive the best day ever and view your full gallery.
13. Order all the prints your heart desires!! (YES print your photos!!)

I send questionnaires, guides, vendor lists, and even a 'day of packing' list so no one forgets their iPhone charger or dress socks (no Nike no show socks with your dress shoes...yes I've seen that happen before). I try to give all the tips and tricks I can with my knowledge and experience to help you feel confident when the day finally gets here. I'm soooo genuinely excited for your big day! I lay out expectations for all of my clients so they know **exactly** what you're getting when you hire me! I try to make communication as clear as possible, but I always love to joke around with my clients too. Nothing too serious from me ever!

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! 20% of the package price is required for weddings at signing with the remaining balance due a month before your big day. You are allowed to make payments as frequently or infrequently as needed up until the month before if you want!
Do you travel?
Yes yes and more yes. From Napa Valley to Cape Cod, take me with you! Travel fees are included in the customized quote, and based on standard airfare rate + 2 nights lodging accommodations (3 for international). Custom quotes available upon inquiry!
How many photos will we receive?
Well lets face it, I am an overshooter. I just get so excited to capture all those in between moments! However, after choosing the best of the best, you can expect to receive around 50-100 photos / hour of shooting time.
Do you help with the planning process?
I am the queen of planning a good event. (Well there's definitely professionals for that), but I do love it. I do provide rescources for you to review, like vendor lists and a wedding guide, but I am always a message away! Need help picking your reception outfit or your shoes? Girl I am here for you! Need a say on bridesmaid dresses or a tie that will match? Hit me up!
What is your turnaround time?
For sessions, it ranges from 3 to 5 weeks in the busy season and weddings can take 8 to 10 weeks. I don’t rush my editing process because I want you guys to absolutely love your images but I try my best to send sneak peeks!!
Do you give out raw photos?
No I do not. Part of the reason you hire me is also for my editing style, so the images you receive from me will all be professionally edited before being delivered.
What do we wear for sessions?
I have an outfit guide that will help you out! I can send it to you when you book a session with me!
What about wedding refunds if the wedding is canceled or rescheduled?
The non-refundable retainer is just that. Non-refundable. If your wedding is canceled, any monies paid after the retainer and before 30 days prior to the date, will be refunded. Reschedules require a new retainer of $500.00.
Do you offer discounts?
No, my pricing reflects my experience and education. A lot of time and love goes into sessions and weddings and my prices reflect all of that.
